In the firm’s first year of eligibility, Best Law Firms has recognized Botkin Chiarello Calaf as a Tier 1 commercial litigation firm in Austin.

Founded in May 2023, BCC was also recognized for its work in intellectual property litigation and its appellate practice.

To be considered for Best Law Firms, firms must first have at least one attorney on that year’s corresponding Best Lawyers in America list; in August, six BCC attorneys were recognized by Best Lawyers in America for their expertise in those same three practice areas.

“We are honored to be recognized so early in our tenure as a firm,” says name partner Ryan Botkin. “We are grateful for this recognition of our ability to provide effective and efficient legal solutions, and remain committed to helping our clients navigate complex legal disputes.”

Best Law Firms is the second firm-wide recognition BCC has received this year. In February, Chambers Regional Spotlight Guide named the firm one of the best commercial and IP litigation boutiques in Texas. The annual guide to the state’s top boutique-sized law firms is based on interviews and extended research conducted by London-based Chambers.
