Experience
Jennifer Lauren is an accomplished commercial litigator with experience in a wide array of cases, including employment, RICO claims, and real estate. She has successfully litigated three multi-million-dollar jury trials and written the appellate briefs to defend each verdict on appeal. She has also handled dozens of arbitration proceedings, summary judgment motions, and mediations.
A former journalist, Jennifer prides herself on her writing and research abilities, which she honed during her externship for Chief Justice Gerry Alexander of the Washington State Supreme Court. She has also volunteered for organizations including the Innocence Project and American Gateways.
Jennifer graduated with honors from the University of Washington in 2006. A year after its founding in Seattle, she was a board member of MAMAS (Mother Attorney Mentor Association) and was honored by Super Lawyers Rising Stars (published by Thomson Reuters) in 2015 – 2018.

- Defended builder in multi-million dollar negligent construction jury trial including claims of fraud, forgery, and breach of contract.
- Successfully defended nursing facilities in two jury trials with claims of negligence, neglect, and wrongful death.
- Obtained early summary judgment dismissal of claims against homeowner’s association for failure to protect.
