Botkin Chiarello Calaf joins over 500 other courageous law firms in signing on to two amicus briefs filed by Munger Tolles & Olson and Wheeler Trigg O’Donnell in support of Perkins Coie, one of several law firms under attack by the Trump Administration.

BCC is proud to stand resolutely for the rule of law and defend the justice system that has made the United States the oldest constitutional democracy in the world. Every lawyer, regardless of political persuasion, should oppose the administration’s efforts to coerce and bully the legal profession into submission.

BCC has a strong record of successfully advocating for each of its clients – in industries ranging from oil and gas, construction, and solar to software, technology, and healthcare – regardless of political persuasion. The firm does not just champion diversity – we embody it: five of our seven partners, including our managing partner, are women, three of our seven partners are women of color, and our team of lawyers and support staff span the spectrum of ages, religions, LGBTQIA+ identity, gender, and race. BCC will continue to fight for its clients, its lawyers and staff, and for the Constitution.
