Congratulations to Botkin Chiarello Calaf managing partner Jennifer Rappoport Colimon on her nomination for the Austin Business Journal’s Women in Business Awards.

Jennifer was nominated by Botkin Chiarello Calaf name partner Katherine Chiarello, because, as Katherine wrote in her nomination letter, Jennifer has demonstrated leadership in business throughout her career first as a law firm lawyer, followed by five years working at SunPower, a publicly-traded solar company, and then as a leader of two different Austin law firms.

“I have watched Jennifer excel as a supervisor, client, and partner and have benefited from her management and leadership skills,” Katherine wrote. “Jennifer hires, promotes, mentors, and leads other women to success.”

The ABJ honored 11 winners and 19 finalists at an Aug 31 luncheon at the J.W. Marriott.

The winners span industries from technology to media, real estate to nonprofits, and include business owners, CEOs and senior executives.
