Botkin Chiarello Calaf partner Leah Bhimani Buratti recently spoke at the Austin Bar Association Civil Litigation Section's 19th Annual "Ultimate Trial Notebook" CLE and networking event on September 20.

Leah spoke on a panel titled “Evidentiary Edge: Tackling Complex Admissibility Challenges.” The panel discussed handling complex evidentiary issues, including digital evidence, expert testimony, and emerging challenges in admissibility. She was joined by the Hon. Jessica Mangrum of Travis County’s 200th District Court, the Hon. Dustin Howell, U.S. Magistrate Judge of the Western District of Texas, and Adam Sencenbaugh of Haynes & Boone LLP.

Leah’s practice focuses on intellectual property and commercial litigation, including patent infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract, and non-compete disputes. She has litigated in federal district courts and state courts across the country, before the International Trade Commission, and has handled federal appeals.
